Lynette Mancuso is a marital and family law attorney who is board certified by The Florida Bar and has received the designation as a Super Lawyer. She is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit court and family mediator and is a frequent speaker on family law and mediation. She has been a litigator for over 37 years with extensive experience in complex divorce, custody and financial matters, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and business owners. In addition to mediation, Lynette’s legal work now focuses on prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, cooperative and collaborative divorce, and mediation and arbitration.
Lynette was born in Houston, Texas in 1959. She received her B.S. from the University of Tulsa in 1981 and her J.D. from the University of Tulsa in 1984. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984, and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Lynette is a member of the Florida and Sarasota County Bar Associations, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Sarasota Collaborative Family Law Professionals (and President), and a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Institute of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
Lynette is active in the community having served on the Board for Girls, Inc. and the Y.M.C.A., and as a volunteer at Southside Elementary School. Lynette is a principal and co-founder of the firm.
